Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be returned within seven (7) days after the shipment has been received by the customer. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the product securely in its original packaging and fill out the Return Form, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Incase you have used COD service for purchasing the product contact at email@example.com leave a message on WhatsApp at +923122011077 to receive the refunds via online transfers. Please mention your bank account details and RMA number in your communication.
If you have received defective or damaged products, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp at +9710545301000 within 12 hours of receiving the shipment with pictures clearly showing the damage. Our representative will contact you after reviewing the details of damaged product for return and refunds.
- Products purchased on Sale cannot be returned.
- Returned items should not be used, damaged, or opened. Deduction ranging from 25%-75% will be made in refunds if returned items are used, damaged, or opened.
